the hotel was set in beautiful countryside n the staff were super friendly n helpful. our room was nice n clean, really loved the comfy bed. nice view from the room too, totally chill vibes. we were in a superior double room which was good space for us. very modern facilities made our stay easier.

the food quality was just avg and service wasn't great, felt like we were ignored at times.

The staff made a fuss over our dogs, delighting them with sausages for breakfast!

There could be more bins for disposing of dog waste bags on the property.

Great family stay for a weekend getaway

The staff were amazing and very attentive really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and even helped with recommendations for local sights to see also the breakfast was freshly cooked and had an impressive variety to choose from

We enjoyed our stay, especially the beautiful grounds where our son could run freely and our dog loved exploring. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed. The proximity to Windermere Golf Club was a treat for some family fun.

My kids wished the breakfast service was faster, especially with all the wedding activities happening.

Had a lovely overnight stay. The room was comfy and had all the essentials, like tea and coffee, which was cool. Dinner was super tasty, especially the cheesecake—yum! Only bummer was that the bar area felt a bit cramped when it got busy.

Spent a night in a double room with a lovely bath and shower, flat-screen TV, and nice complimentary toiletries like shampoo and body soap. The dogs were treated like royalty with breakfast sausages. Surrounded by scenic nature walks, it felt cozy and welcoming. Breakfast had a decent variety, with freshly baked goods and good coffee.
